  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order is handed over to our delivery partners, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Return Policy: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items (such as millet noodles, cold-pressed oils, jaggery, and plant milks), we do not accept standard returns once a product has been delivered in good condition.

  • Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong product inside, please take a clear photograph of the package and contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will promptly review your claim and issue a free replacement or a full refund for the affected items.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing cycle.
